For 1 year from the day we finish, we fix any defect in our installation at no charge, labor included.

Workmanship: 1 Year
For 1 year from the day we finish, we fix any defect in our installation at no charge, labor included. That means work not done to accepted trade standards, such as pavers, steps or wall block that settle, shift or separate because of the base we built, or edging or drainage we installed that fails.

Lawn Damage
Grass damaged during the project is restored under this warranty. We lay seed and straw and come back once to reseed bare spots. Watering it in and keeping pets, people and vehicles off it is up to you.

Plants
Trees, shrubs and perennials we planted that die within 1 year are replaced once, with no charge for the plant, as long as they were watered and cared for the way our care instructions say. Planting labor for a replacement is billed.

Materials
Pavers, block, stone, pipe, fabric, lighting and other products carry their manufacturer’s warranty. If a material fails under that warranty, we supply the replacement material, and labor to remove and reinstall it is billed.
Something Not Right? Tell Us.
- Tell us in writing A text or email with photos is fine. Send it before the warranty ends.
- We come look We look at it within 30 days.
- We fix it Covered repairs are finished within 60 days after that.
When frozen or wet ground or weather stops the work, those days don't count. Problems reported over the winter are repaired in the spring, and plants are replaced in the next spring or fall planting season.
- Weather damage: drought, flood, hail, wind, ice, extreme heat or cold
- Frost heave or other natural ground movement
- De-icing salt or chemicals
- Snow plows, vehicles or equipment
- Work, digging or changes by anyone else
- Neglect, misuse or a lack of normal upkeep
- Animals
The warranty applies once the job is paid in full.
